The business delivers a mix of new build schools, residential projects, refurbishments and insurance reinstatement works. They need someone practical, hands on and comfortable managing different types of projects. Someone who knows how to run a site, manage trades and keep jobs moving. A background in the trades, particularly carpentry or joinery, would be advantageous.
