The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular health and safety checks across active sites. Maintain accurate site inspection and health and safety records. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure construction plans are being followed. Identify and resolve issues arising on site. Troubleshoot construction and project-related problems. Liaise with architects, structural engineers and Building Control. Monitor progress against project requirements and agreed stages.
