Site Manager - Lofts and Extensions

SITE MANAGER Location: South West London Sector: Residential Construction Employment: Permanent About the Role A Site Manager is required to oversee multiple residential construction projects across South West London, covering loft conversions, extensions and refurbishment works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular health and safety checks across active sites. Maintain accurate site inspection and health and safety records. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure construction plans are being followed. Identify and resolve issues arising on site. Troubleshoot construction and project-related problems. Liaise with architects, structural engineers and Building Control. Monitor progress against project requirements and agreed stages. Confirm to the office and clients when projects have reached specified stages. Ensure completed works meet the required quality and specification standards. Requirements Strong experience in residential construction. Previous experience overseeing loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments or similar residential projects is highly desirable. Hands-on construction experience would be advantageous. Good understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites. Full UK driving licence required. Own vehicle preferable.
