Site Manager

Our client is a fast growing contractor that has secured a series of new jobs, with this being the first of many.

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to deliver a £3m CAT B commercial office fit-out, located in north London.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering CAT B fit-out projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
