On the back of this continued success, the company are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead and oversee projects involving stonework, brickwork, masonry, and façade installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. With a long-term and high profile project around the Lincoln area coming up, the ideal candidate would be in commutable distance of this location. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors. Oversee the installation of stonework, brickwork, masonry, and façade elements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor progress against programme, budgets, and quality requirements. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
