Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17. Role Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the housing development Supervising subcontractors and site personnel Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard Coordinating trades and managing site activities Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met Requirements: Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential Valid First Aid certificate - essential Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively Previous experience working on busy construction sites Full PPE Ability ...
