As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractor''s undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, managing demolition works, managing asbestos removal contractor, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme. You will ensure all works comply with CDM regulations with regards to FRA works as well ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental regulations are adhered to at all times. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years'' construction experience. Experience supervising or managing demolition projects. Valid SMSTS. Valid Black CSCS Manager Card. Current First Aid at Work certificate Knowledge of CDM and UK Health and Safety Legislation.
