Site ManagerStamford1 weeks work 260 per day - 280 per day Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to manage Fire stopping works on a completed hospital building.Role Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day operations of the installSupervising subcontractors and site personnelEnsuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standardCoordinating trades and managing site activitiesCarrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followedMaintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progressLiaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnelEnsuring quality standards and project specifications are metRequirements:Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essentialValid First Aid certificate - essentialValid SMSTS - essentialProven experience as a Site Manager Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectivelyPrevious experience working on busy construction sitesFull PPEAbility to start immediatelyIf available please apply with CV.
