      <description>Location: Portsmouth | Salary: &amp;pound;280 - &amp;pound;300/day | Type: Contract | Site Manager - Passive Fire Door Project   Location:  Portsmouth  Duration:  8 Weeks  Start Date:  Immediate  We are currently seeking an experienced  Site Manager  to oversee an 8-week passive fire protection project in Portsmouth.   Key Responsibilities:    Managing the installation and remediation of passive fire doors.  Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.  Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.  Maintaining site records and compliance documentation.  Conducting site inspections and coordinating with clients and project teams.  Ensuring all fire door installations comply with current regulations and specifications.    Requirements:    Proven experience as a Site Manager on passive fire protection or fire door projects.  Strong knowledge of fire door installation, inspection, and compliance requirements.  Valid SMSTS certification.  CSCS Card.  First Aid at Work certification.   Enhanced DBS Check (essential).   Excellent communication and organisational skills.  Ability to manage site programmes and health &amp; safety requirements effectively.   Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</description>
