Site Manager - Passive Fire Door Project
Location: Portsmouth
Duration: 8 Weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week passive fire protection project in Portsmouth.

• Managing the installation and remediation of passive fire doors.
• Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintaining site records and compliance documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and coordinating with clients and project teams.
• Ensuring all fire door installations comply with current regulations and specifications.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on passive fire protection or fire door projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire door installation, inspection, and compliance requirements.
• Valid SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Enhanced DBS Check (essential).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage site programmes and health & safety requirements effectively.
