Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager - Ongoing roleCongletonWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a new build housing development in Congleton. Must be confident in overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure continuity and safety whilst on site. Key Responsibilities:Support daily site operations, ensuring work continues to plan and programmeManage sub-contractors on-site, maintaining quality standards and health and safety complianceConduct site inductions and toolbox talks where necessaryMonitor and report on progress to senior managementAddress any minor site issues to ensure smooth delivery during the cover periodAssist with general site documentation and record-keepingRequirements:Proven experience on new build housing projectsValid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to get involved and manage day-to-day site activities of the site If available and interested, please apply with your CV.
