Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17.Role Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day operations of the housing developmentSupervising subcontractors and site personnelEnsuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standardCoordinating trades and managing site activitiesCarrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followedMaintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progressLiaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnelEnsuring quality standards and project specifications are metRequirements:Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essentialValid First Aid certificate - essentialProven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projectsStrong knowledge of construction health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectivelyPrevious experience working on busy construction sitesFull PPEAbility to start immediatelyIf you meet the above requirem...</description>
