      <description>Location: Nottingham | Salary: &amp;pound;240 - &amp;pound;260/day | Type: Temporary | Temp to Perm Site Manager  Job Title: Projects Site Manager Location: Various project locations Reports to: Operations Manager Direct Reports: Subcontractors, Site Operatives Salary: -40k - -45k (depending on experience) Working Hours: Full-time, office/site-based.  Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and organised Site Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects with an annual value of up to -1,000,000. The role requires strong leadership on-site, a clear understanding of health &amp; safety standards, and the ability to deliver projects to time, quality, and commercial expectations. The Site Manager will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers daily and work closely with the Project Support team and Commercial team to ensure smooth running and proper documentation throughout each job.
