      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: &amp;pound;270 - &amp;pound;300/day | Type: Contract | We have a forthcoming requirement for an experienced  Site Manager  to support weekend operations on a live factory project based in Cambridge.  This is a key role overseeing site activity during weekend works, ensuring safety, coordination, and smooth handover with the weekday delivery team.   Role Responsibilities    Supervise works within a  live factory environment   Manage and coordinate  scaffolding and steel fabrication teams   Ensure strict adherence to  health &amp; safety regulations and site procedures   Maintain clear communication with the main contractor and site team  Oversee site operations to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently    Requirements     SMSTS (essential)    CSCS Card (preferred)   Proven experience managing works in  live/operational environments   Strong understanding of  HSE compliance and site coordination   Experience supervising  scaffolding and/or steelwork packages    Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</description>
