Site Manager

LRL are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee groundworks and mechanical installation projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on groundworks and mechanical installation projects.
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervising all civil and mechanical installation activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Travelling across Europe to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on groundworks and mechanical installation projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering and mechanical installation processes.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates.
