reelance Site Manager Roads and Sewers Scheme Location: Ashington Duration: Approx. 6 weeks Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a live roads and sewers infrastructure scheme in Ashington. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong civils background to oversee the successful delivery of works on a short-term contract, with the potential for further opportunities following completion. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme Overseeing roads, drainage, and sewer infrastructure works Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures Maintaining quality control and completing site documentation Liaising with the project team, engineers, and client representatives Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/infrastructure projects Previous experience delivering roads and sewers schemes Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery ..... full job details .....
