The successful candidate will have a strong civils background, combined with proven experience managing multiple fit-out trades to deliver a high-end clinical specification finish. This is a client-facing role within a live operating factory environment, so excellent communication, professionalism and the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project from commencement through to completion. Coordinate and manage multiple civils and fit-out trades. Oversee civils works including drainage, slabs, services and associated works. Coordinate high-quality fit-out works to a clinical/pharmaceutical standard.
