What will be my Core Responsibilities? Contribute to the success of a variety of projects ranging in value from 50k to 13.5m across the South West. We''re looking for a Site Manager who is comfortable managing a range of refurb and fit out projects, ensuring the safe and smooth daily operation of the site. Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Collaborate closely with architects, subcontractors, and the wider project team to manage any challenges that arise during construction. Implement rigorous quality control and safety measures, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
