Site Manager

My client is a volume residential developer with a brand new timber frame scheme in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a "no1" Site Manager to manage the project through to completion.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Hertfordshire based
• -300 per day to start
• Temp to perm opportunity
• -75k + package on a permanent basis

The project:

• Brand new residential development
• Over 100 units
• Timber frame construction
• Volume housebuilder
• Long term opportunity with an immediate start available

Experience required:

• Strong No.1 Site Manager experience within volume housebuilding
• Previous timber frame experience is essential
• Able to take ownership of a new scheme from the outset
• Available to start immediately or within the next couple of weeks
