Site Manager

I''m looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential development in Essex, just outside the M25.

Details:

• Monday 13th July to Friday 17th July 2026
• -300 per day CIS
• Large residential developer
• Development of over 100 units
• Busy site with roofs going on and up to 60 trades on site, including bricklayers, carpenters and scaffolders

Who we''re looking for:

• Extensive experience as a No.1 Site Manager
• Proven background running large residential developments for a major housebuilder
• Comfortable managing a busy live site with multiple subcontractors
• Available to start on Monday 13th July
• CSCS, First aid and SMSTS required.
