Site Manager - Essex 60,000- 65,000 + package Residential Housebuilding Traditional Build We''re working with an established housebuilder looking to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional build residential development in Essex. This would suit an experienced Site Manager, but the business would also consider a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and run their own site. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining build quality and programme, and ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met.
