We''re looking for a Site Manager to join our team based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a diverse range of Major Projects and Local Authority civil engineering schemes across the East Midlands. Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire - onsite 5 days per weekHours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £48,000 - £52,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role What will you be responsible for? As a Site Manager, you''ll be working on highways infrastructure projects including interchange and junction improvements, new builds, town centre regeneration, and active travel schemes, as well as maintenance projects such as carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing, drainage improvements, and structures repairs. Working on a live public highway, you''ll promote a human-focused approach to safety whilst managing both Kier staff and labour framework operatives.
