Site Manager

Regional contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager for an immediate start with experience working on new build industrial/logistic units but specifically with experience looking after external and cladding subcontract packages. You will be reporting into a Project Manager and a visiting Contracts Manager where main core duties are the daily supervision, coordination of associated subcontract packages, health and safety, RAMS etc, you will also need to be fully computer literateProven track record working on industrial/logistic unit schemes will be essential along with a current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as these will be a mandatory requirement.
