This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out, healthcare, education, public-sector or other live-environment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to specification and with minimal disruption to the live hospital environment. The project will involve the refurbishment and modernisation of a healthcare facility, requiring strong planning, communication, health & safety awareness and subcontractor coordination. Experience working in hospitals, NHS environments, care homes, schools, universities or other occupied public buildings would be highly advantageous.
