You''ll initially be responsible for managing the internal fit out on a 32-storey tower, working alongside an experienced project team to deliver the project through to completion. With approximately nine months remaining, this role offers excellent continuity, with a further project in Leeds already secured for the successful candidate. The contractor has a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and continues to expand across the North. The Role Manage day-to-day site operations during the internal fit out phase. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Drive health and safety across site. Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging. Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team.
