Site Manager
12-month minimum contract
-400/day - Outside IR35
Projects in - Fife, Durham, Leeds, Exeter, London, Milton Keynes

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing subcontractors and manage daily site activities
* Oversee ground-mounted solar PV installation works
* Ensure HSQE and CDM requirements are met
* Deliver toolbox talks and monitor site safety
* Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager
* Identify and report risks, delays and issues
* Monitor workmanship and installation quality
* Support snagging, quality checks and project completion
* Act as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliers

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years'' site supervision/management experience
* Ground-mounted solar farm experience - essential
* Experience on large-scale solar PV or renewable energy projects
* Strong subcontractor management experience
* Good understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulations
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability

CERTIFICATIONS:
* SMSTS - Essential
* First Aid - Essential
* IOSH / NEBOSH - desirable

DESIRABLE:
* Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects
* Strong site quality and snagging experience
