Site Manager - Ground-Mount SolarLocation: West KentSalary: 60,000- 65,000Employment: PermanentAn opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a major utility-scale Solar PV construction project in West Kent.We are looking for someone with strong practical site leadership experience who can manage subcontractors, maintain construction standards and drive safe delivery against the project programme.The role will include:Leading day-to-day construction activitiesManaging subcontractors and site supervisorsCoordinating labour, materials and site resourcesMonitoring programme and construction progressMaintaining HSE and quality standardsReviewing work against drawings and specificationsManaging site inspections, defects and corrective worksProducing accurate site and progress reportingSupporting commissioning and project handoverWorking closely with the wider project management teamEssential experience:Demonstrable utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV experiencePrevious Site Manager experience within solar, renewables or major infrastructureStrong construction and subcontractor management capabilityCivil, Electrical or Mechanical construction/engineering backgroundUK driving licenceQualifications / certifications:SMSTSBlack CSCS or Black ECS Card3-day First Aid certificationNVQ Level 6+ in Construction Management or relevant engineering discipline preferredStrong candidates actively progressing towards NVQ Level 6 / Black Card may also be considered.TWC / ..... full job details .....
