Work closely with the EPC Project Manager to deliver the construction programme. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, materials and resources. Oversee construction of solar PV, BESS and associated infrastructure. Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and RAMS. Monitor quality, progress and site productivity. Lead site meetings, briefings and toolbox talks. Manage subcontractor QHSE compliance. Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering, project management and HSE teams. Maintain site records, progress reports and construction documentation. Support inspections, testing, commissioning and handover. SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS Previous Site Manager / Construction Manager experience. Experience on large-scale solar, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
