Essential Skillset:

• 5+ years' experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the power, renewables, industrial or utilities sector
• Experience supervising HV/LV electrical installation works on substations, BESS, solar, data centre or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear and transformer installation
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Support commissioning and energisation activities, ensuring all electrical systems are ready for handover
• Ensure all work complies with HSE requirements, site procedures and relevant electrical standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve site issues
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documentation
• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, clients and other site stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
