Tickets: SMSTS, First AidPPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap bootsExperience: Must have 2 years'' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projectsReferences: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references Job duties: looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start on a 8-plot development in Bromsgrove, which is due for completion in December.While this is around two months'' work, there is a strong possibility that, on successful completion, it will become a permanent role on our next project, which is likely to be a bespoke six-bedroom new build homes.
