We\''re recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take ownership of the apartment block delivery on a major 147-unit new-build residential development in Cheltenham.This is a long-term contract (18 months) working with a respected developer. You\''ll be responsible for the full build of the apartment block, from groundwork through to completion, ensuring compliance with programme, budget, quality, and the Building Safety Act.Key Responsibilities

Manage the full construction of a multi-storey apartment blockCoordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliersEnforce site health and safety, quality standards, and compliance proceduresMonitor programme progress and report to senior managementEnsure all works meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act and other residential building regulationsRequirements

Proven track record delivering apartment block builds (within the last 2 years)Strong leadership and subcontractor management experienceExcellent knowledge of residential compliance and safety legislationSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificatesClear understanding of the Building Safety Act and how it applies to high-rise/apartment schemesWhat\''s On Offer
