Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Industry: Construction / Cladding and Facades Location: Brighton Salary and Package: £55,000 + package The Role and About the Client: ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of an established cladding and facades specialist contractor, working on a project based in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the cladding/facades installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards from mobilisation through to completion. This is a site-based role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist contractor and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a facades project in Brighton, working closely with the client, design team, subcontractors and site operatives. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Managing the day-to-day running of the site for a cladding/facades installation project in Brighton. Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from mobilisation through to completion. Planning and coordinating site activities to ensure works remain on programme. Managing subcontractors, trades and site operatives. Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics. Reading and working from drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
