This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor on a long-term project delivering high-quality homes. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors and site labour effectively. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety inspections. Monitor build quality and ensure works meet NHBC standards. Manage site documentation, RAMS and daily records. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and senior management teams.
