The role & about the client:
Are you Site manager who is looking for an opportunity to work with one of Europe''s largest corporations whose UK arm are one of the region''s largest FM & Construction organisations? You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with a local authority on a city-wide housing redevelopment & refurbishment programme worth over £8 million.
An experienced and dynamic Site Manager is now required to join them as part of their growth plans. The role Now looking for a dynamic and all rounded, Site Manager to take control of projects from their Southeast locations. The initial project will be a refurbishment project on several high-rise properties.
 
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day to day management of projects and construction on site
• Management of varied refurbishment projects consisting of, External Wall Insulations, Groundworks, Structural work, Windows replacement etc
• Make sure that all of the HSEQ requirements are all maintained and show legal compliance.
• Working with the Contracts manager to ensure that contracts are completed on time, in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Provide risk assessments and all other checks are undertaken throughout the project
• Experienced in CAT B fit out

Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

• SMSTS / SSSTS
• 1st Aid
• CSCS Card (black) ideal not essential
• DBS (Enhanced) ideal not essential
