Site Manager

Location: Birmingham Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 12-months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a live construction project at a school in Birmingham. We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in main contracting and previous experience managing construction projects from site setup through to completion. The Role Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards Managing health and safety and site documentation Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives Monitoring progress against programme Managing site logistics and ensuring the site remains organised and compliant Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager Main contracting experience Experience working on education / school projects is highly desirable SMSTS CSCS First Aid Strong knowledge of health and safety and site procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Previous experience managing subcontractors and site teams This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for their next project in Birmingham. ..... full job details .....
