Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced-Freelance Site Manager-to oversee a new residential development in the Lydney-area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a Senior-Site Manager-on residential new-build projects
• Timber frame experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of site health & safety, quality and programme management
• Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• SMSTS and First Aid essential
