Site Manager

TS Construction are recruiting on behalf of a well-established groundworks contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential groundworks projects in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of residential developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Managing daily site operations on residential groundworks projects. Coordinating subcontractors, operatives and plant on site. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. Monitoring programme and productivity to ensure project deadlines are met. Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety inspections. Liaising with clients, engineers, suppliers and the wider project team. Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress. Managing quality control and ensuring work meets specification. Ordering materials and coordinating site logistics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential groundworks. Strong knowledge of drainage, roads and sewers, foundations and plot works. Valid SMSTS. CSCS Managers Card.
