Location: Coventry Job Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 14 Months Start Date: ASAP ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 14-month leisure centre project in Coventry. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contracting background to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project. The Role Managing the day-to-day running of the site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Managing site logistics and programme Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client Monitoring progress against programme Managing health and safety and site documentation Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager Strong main contracting experience Experience on leisure, commercial, public-sector or similar projects desirable SMSTS CSCS First Aid Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Excellent communication and organisational skills This is a 14-month freelance opportunity based in Coventry, offering a long-term position on a major leisure centre project. ..... full job details .....
