This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in traditional housebuilding to join a live project and lead the day-to-day site operations. The Role Manage the day-to-day delivery of a residential housing development. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project-Manager. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain health & safety compliance. Drive quality standards in line with NHBC requirements. Ensure the project is delivered efficiently through to completion. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional housing developments.
