ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 14-month leisure centre project in Coventry.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contracting background to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project.

The Role

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site

• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

• Managing site logistics and programme

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality

• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and client

• Monitoring progress against programme

• Managing health & safety and site documentation

• Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the project

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager

• Strong main contracting experience

• Experience on leisure, commercial, public-sector or similar projects desirable

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid

• Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

This is a 14-month freelance opportunity based in Coventry, offering a long-term position on a major leisure centre project.
