Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction company delivering high-end residential projects across Manchester and Greater Manchester. The company specialises in luxury new-build homes, high-end refurbishments, extensions and bespoke residential projects, with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position for the right person. A joinery or carpentry background would be highly desirable, particularly for someone who has progressed from the tools into site management and understands the level of finish expected on high-end residential projects. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager, trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects run smoothly from start to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of high-end residential construction sites. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site trades.
