Site Manager

Site Manager – Night Shifts (12-Week Contract) – Southampton

• Location: Southampton
• Project: Shop refurbishment (toilets & changing rooms)
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Shift Pattern: 12 consecutive night shifts followed by a weekend off
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Pay Rate: £30.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee night-time refurbishment works on-site
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule
• Maintain site health & safety standards at all times
• Conduct site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks
• Monitor progress and report to senior management
• Ensure quality control across all works

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• First Aid at Work (3-day course)
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
