Site Manager

Involve Recruitment are in search of a construction manager to take full responsibility as number 1 on a residential plot housing development. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead a high-value scheme from start through to completion, with full autonomy over site operations, programme delivery, quality, cost, and health and safety. Key Responsibilities Act as the number 1 on site for a medium residential plot housing scheme Take full responsibility for delivery from pre-start to handover Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Control programme, budgets, and overall site performance Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards Maintain strict health and safety compliance at all times Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management Proactively resolve site and programme challenges Requirements Demonstrable experience as number 1 on residential schemes valued at £10 million + Strong background in plot housing / residential construction Proven experience in a permanent role on similar-sized projects Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Excellent understanding of programme and cost control SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid What s on Offer Permanent role on a major residential development Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career progression and future project pipeline Opportunity to lead a flagship scheme from inception to completion ..... full job details .....
