Site Manager

The Role

My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager (No.2) reporting into a Project Manager to overseeing the development of a new build leisure centre from inception to completion. Previous experience with Design & Build/Leisure would be beneficial. The Client is looking to offer fast track development upon completing offering a Project Manager role.

The Project

• Design & Build Leisure Centre -1520 Million

Project starts in October and includes:
A luxurious Spa Retreat and Spa Garden, serene pools, dynamic gym spaces and vibrant family activities.

The new schemes will deliver high-quality, modern health, fitness and wellness destinations, designed to enhance member experience and support active lifestyles within their local communities. Each development will reflect the clients premium offering, with a strong focus on wellbeing, leisure and social spaces.
