Site Manager - Internals Location: Southampton, Hampshire Salary: 250 - 280 per day The Opportunity A well-established and growing construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Internals Manager to join their team on a major high-rise residential development in the Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced internal works professional who has developed their career from a trade background and progressed into site management. The ideal candidate will have started their career on the tools as a fixer or similar, before progressing through supervisory and management positions. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working for a principal contractor or residential developer, with a strong understanding of managing internal works across large-scale residential developments. The Role: As Internals Manager, you will take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of internal works across the development, working closely with the wider site and project management teams. Responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating internal works across the development. Supervising subcontractors, trades and site teams. Planning and monitoring works against the project programme. Coordinating multiple internal trades and ensuring efficient sequencing of works. Monitoring productivity, progress and quality.
