Our client is a long established and respected main contractor operating across a variety of sectors including: high end residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare, industrial, hotel and leisure sectors - New Build, Fit-out and Refurbishment - in the UK and internationally.

They are now looking to recruit a high calibre Site Manager-to join their team on a -40m residential new build, just outside Leatherhead - and oversee all internal works from drylining, 1st fix, through to project completion.

Their ideal candidate-will have:

• A minimum of 8 years industry experience.
• Strong Internals / Fit out background gained in the residential sector.
• Experience in all internal trades, such as: MEP, 1st & 2nd fix, carpentry, flooring, lift installation etc
• A background with main contractors.
• Relevant industry qualifications

In return for the above, our client will offer a highly competitive basic salary, negotiable on experience,
