Site Manager - Internals

A leading main contractor is currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial fit-out background to join a major mixed-use development in Luton.The role will focus on the internal fit-out of a substantial commercial and community building, taking the space from white box / shell-and-core condition through to completion.This is an opportunity for a Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of internal packages, coordinating multiple trades and driving a fit-out programme within a large, complex construction environment.The RoleTake responsibility for the internal fit-out of a large commercial/community buildingManage the works from white box onwards through to completion and handoverCoordinate subcontractors and specialist fit-out tradesManage the sequencing of drylining, ceilings, flooring, joinery, decorations, MEP interfaces and associated finishesWork closely with the project team to deliver the fit-out programmeMonitor progress, quality and workmanship across all internal packagesCoordinate multiple trades and subcontractors working concurrentlyIdentify and resolve programme, quality and coordination issuesUndertake regular inspections and manage snagging through to completionLiaise with the construction, commercial, design and engineering teamsEnsure works are delivered in accordance with the programme, specification and health and safety requirementsDrive the building towards practical completion and successful handoverAbout ..... full job details .....
