Site Manager- Interior Fit-Out

Location: Essex and London Salary: Market rate, dependent on experience Contract: Self-employed initially, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position Start Date: Approximately 4 weeks from appointmentThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a specialist background in ceilings, partition walls and interior fit-out to oversee projects across Essex and London.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who understands the technical demands of interior systems and can confidently manage site operations, subcontractors and programme delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.The position will initially be on a self-employed basis, with the intention of moving into a permanent role for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of interior fit-out projects across Essex and London, with a particular focus on suspended ceilings, partitioning and specialist wall systems.Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain project progress.Monitor programmes and ensure works are completed on time, within specification and to the required quality standards.Oversee the installation of suspended ceilings, metal stud partitions, drylining, MF ceilings and associated interior systems.Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction ..... full job details .....
