Interaction Engineering Site Manager – Knaresborough

Location: Knaresborough, HG5
Duration: Approx. 6 months remaining
Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week
Pay: Competitive – dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established electrical project in Knaresborough.

The project is already well underway and is approximately halfway through, with a further 6 months of work scheduled, offering excellent continuity for the right person.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of approximately 20 operatives, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

• Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 20 operatives

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities

• Ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements

• Coordinating labour and maintaining productivity across site

• Liaising with management and other site personnel

• Monitoring progress and helping ensure project deadlines are met

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in managing teams on busy construction or electrical projects.

You will ideally hold:

• SSSTS or relevant CSCS card

• Proven experience managing teams on active construction sites

• Strong understanding of site health & safety

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a team and maintain productivity

• Experience working within a fast-paced project environment

• Approx. 6 months'' remaining work

• Excellent hours with significant earning potential

• 7-day working pattern

• Competitive rate, negotiable depending on experience
