Interaction Engineering Site Manager The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of allocated project sites.This is a hands-on role, responsible for ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, while supporting the project team in achieving programme and completion targets.Working closely with the Contracts Manager, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organised and productive site environment.Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day site operations on allocated projects. Ensure all site activities are planned, coordinated and carried out in accordance with the project programme. Attend site progress meetings and briefings, providing feedback to the Contracts Manager on key issues, actions and progress. Identify and report any issues that may affect health and safety, programme, quality, productivity or project costs. Assist the Contracts Manager with monitoring and maintaining the project programme. Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and in accordance with the programme. Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure works are completed to the required standards and timescales.
